We will be happy to assist with any questions regarding your stay at Medina Rise 14B, Thorness Bay. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available upon request for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

📌 Booking Terms
- A 30% booking deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Please note that all booking deposits are non-refundable.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 20 days before arrival.
🔐 Security Deposit
A refundable £50 security deposit is required at least 24 hours before check-in.
The deposit is normally refund 7 days after check-out, provided the accommodation is left in good condition and no damage or rule violations are reported.
🪪 Alternative Verification Option
As an alternative to the refundable security deposit, guests may provide a valid photo ID for verification purposes only.
For privacy and security, guests may cover or hide the document number/serial number before sending the ID.
Any identification provided is handled securely and used strictly for booking verification purposes only.

To help everyone enjoy a safe, relaxing, and peaceful stay at Medina Rise, we kindly ask all guests to follow these simple guidelines.
🚗 Vehicle Guidelines
For safety and park regulations, the following are not permitted on site:
- Electric scooters
- Quad bikes
- Segways / hoverboards
- Commercial vehicles
- Large vans or pickup trucks
Please note that charging electric vehicles from the caravan power supply is strictly prohibited.
🏡 During Your Stay
We kindly ask all guests to:
- Respect other guests and park staff
- Supervise children at all times
- Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours
- Help keep the property clean and tidy
Follow all park safety guidance

To ensure everyone’s comfort and wellbeing:
- Fireworks are not permitted
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
- Weapons or unlawful activity are not allowed anywhere on the park
